Cancellation Policy
Upon payment, our team will review your order and connect you with your own personal designer within 72 hours of submission. Once your designer reaches out to you and confirms the project, services will officially be NON-REFUNDABLE. When you are connected with your designer, you will have the opportunity to explain your vision for the artwork as well as provide an reference artwork to help guide the project. Your designer will send you an initial design within 5 business days of their initial confirmation. You will receive a maximum of two (2) rounds of feedback before your final artwork is delivered.
